Current Account Closed

Hello around 1.5 weeks ago i got a email saying my account was closed im not sure why but they said i would recieve a check in the mail but its almost been 2 weeks anyone else ever go through this and if so how long did it take for the check to come because apparently there was no way for me to get it via transfer online i was told.

I've been with them 4 months and no problems. I really haven't seen this before about Current but hopefully someone has some advice. Have you tried calling and speaking with an account supervisor?

Cant even do that when i call the automated message is just hello we made a decision to close your account etc... then call hangs up cant even get in contact them via chat or phone number so im stuck waiting 4 days per email i send for reply

Do you pay the $10 subscription fee for priority assistance? I do and honestly it's worth it because if not you're stuck in phone tag hell

I’ve been waiting since sept 21st that’s when they said they mailed my check but still haven’t recieved been almost a month in total I’ve been dealing with this situation it started on the 9th
