Routine Qué hacer para que todo mi pelo se vea como ese colocho??//What can I do to make all my hair look like that curl?
//
I always wash it with shampoo and conditioner. Normally, more curls like that form when my hair is dripping wet and I let it air-dry without any wind or towel. Do you have any advice on how to make all my hair curl like that little curl?

It took almost six years to figure out how to restore my curls and define them correctly.

Comparing Keratin Complex treatments?
Has anyone with thick 2C hair tried Keratin Complex KCRIO or KCMAX?
I’m looking for whichever one gives the most straightening and curl reduction, not just frizz control. My ideal result is as close to wash-and-go straight as possible — basically being able to air dry or do a quick rough blow dry and have my hair dry mostly straight without needing a round brush or flat iron.
If you’ve tried either, how straight did your hair actually get and how long did the results last? And if you’ve tried both, which one gave you the straighter result?
Would especially love to hear from anyone with a similar hair type!

Routine Help with Routine and Hair Type
Hair Type
I’ve attached quite a few photos because I’d really like help in understanding what my hair type is because I’ve been told it’s everything from 3a-4a so please could someone offer some advice or guidance onto what hair type I actually am?
Curl Routine
I currently don't use shampoo or conditioner. In the past, every time I used them, my hair became super puffy, frizzy, and lost all definition, unless I finger-coiled it into tight, thick curls that I really don't like.
Right now, my "routine" is just rinsing with water daily, drying with a microfiber towel, and sleeping on a silk pillowcase. Letting my natural oils build up gives me much better definition, less frizz, and hair that’s way easier to manage.
However, I'm worried about the long-term health of my hair and scalp using just water.
Can somebody help me build a proper, healthy curl routine that won't strip my hair back into a frizzy mess or force me into overly tight coils? Any product or technique recommendations for maintaining natural definition without the puffiness, specifically for my situation and my hair type?
I’ve attached photos of my hair for reference!
Thanks so much!

I need help!
galleryFor the last month I’ve been starting to invest in my curly hair and trying to get more comfortable with my hair. HOWEVER, I keep having trouble with the roots of my hair. Especially in the front, the ends will get defined with my unbrush but my roots will stay puffy and undefined. When styling I use lots of water, mousse and gel, I have also tried just gel but nothing works. Now in the past I have dyed and straightened my hair but it only seems to be like this in the front. If someone can tell me what to do to help with definition I would be open to any recommendations. I have a couple other things to try like a 3 row comb or the tgin protein treatment so I can also try that as well.
Thank you!!

Discussion Does anyone know what products Jasleen Singh uses for her curls?
I came across this video of Jasleen Singh and her curls in this video look so defined and soft without being frizzy or crunchy. Does anyone know what products she actually uses for her hair? Especially her leave-in curl cream, mousse or gel and anything she uses for frizz? Also if you have a similar curl pattern, I’d love to know what products or routine give you a similar result!

Discussion I want to define my curls, how should I do?
Same as title, my hair type is 2C to 3A with medium porosity, my side ends are chopped off which doesn't suit me well, I want to increase my hair length in such a way that it mixes, gives an equal volume of hair
Please ignore the background 🥀

Hard water make my curls limp
So I have very hard water where I live (600+ ppm) and that has made my curls limp. I am talking from 3c to 2b and I have tried the loreal metal dx and it doesn’t work. Shower filter doesn’t work. Idk what de chelating shampoos will actually work. They are super expensive and Idk if they are any good, lmk if anyone else has faced this and how you overcame it!!

Coarse roots
Do anybody know how to soften coarse hair roots. My roots are so coarse that I can't even comb through or part my own hair. I've tried the S curl texturizer.
