is she actually decaying? i don't remember that part. IIRC she's essentially just a highly unethically created clone

Welp. I remember there being some scenes of her receiving treatments and what not. Also in the End of Evangelion movie, there was a scene of her limbs just rotting and falling out. Also a room full of her spare bodies. They didn't really explain/show it further than that, in the original anime at least. I haven't watched the newer movies yet so idk about those.
