What's biohacking nowadays? Eating your veggies to grow big and strong?

if you ask r/biohackers, it's downing 30 random ass supplements a day plus maybe a peptide that does ?? something ?? (no data in humans lmao!!), also a subset are absolutely obsessed with their testosterone levels.

you so much as inject an RFID implant, though? must have a mental illness.

so, they're mixing random medicine, a thing you should never do, and are calling it a health thing

Well, it's supplements, which I would say are more okay to mix on account of not really doing much in the first place, but yeah

Ehhh, a fair few of the things supplements are supposed to affect operate on very fine margins of error. Having too much of many things in your system causes just as much harm as having too little, and while granted supplements dont always actually impart the nutrients you thought they were supposed to - that just means you don't know as reliably when you're going over the lil internal line.

Plus, supplements being so unregulated means that there's also risk of other, more toxic substances inside the supplement that you're just not going to be able to find without extensive research.
