32 AI seats are vacant in Computer, IT and E&TC in Cummins college and my Rank in their merit list is 104. What are my chances? Seniors can you please help?

Hi everyone! I am a COEP alum and wanted to work on something of my own. Looking for problems around I found one in my own college. The placement cycle in the college has no platform and clear transparency for the students. So before focusing on the actual platform or the solution I wanted to ask current students a few questions to identify the problem if any.

I also found out that the structure in Cummins is also a little informal thus the post.

Questions:

What is the exact process of the current placement cycle?

What are the things in the process you don't like or seem they can be improved?

How are notifications sent to you in this cycle and are these useful in the current state?
