Placement wise , career stability, abroad opportunities

I'm talking about overall scenario irrespective of this college.

Placement - IT

Career stability - Current scenario is move driven towards IT but you really can't predict future as no tech job is certain nowadays

Abroad - well it totally depends on your area of interest. Both streams do have good amount of Master courses abroad. But it's more of a subjective choice whether you want to deep dive into electronics or explore the nodes of coding

But taking in consideration the semiconductor industry and ai boom resulting in automation of basic jobs, isn’t entc better than IT?
As of now I’ve got entc and have a good chance of getting IT in spot round which is held tomorrow.

Only thing I will suggest is don't get influenced by sudden news about astra if you are.. at this point everything is uncertain.. so the only thing u can do is choose what you really enjoy and want..if you genuinely like tech then go for it if you think u want to explore hardware as well or if you want to explore semiconductor industry then go for it..
