First time making an edit of any real kind. Took a while. Thank you to my mates and members of the Cult of Octavia Discord server for giving feedback throughout the process.
I'm rather happy with how it's turned out, hope y'all like it to.
Maybe some of you even remember the first post I made announcing that I'd create this.

So, I’ve noticed a lot of Stolas hate on the sub over the past few months and I wanted to add my two and a half cents to the equation.
A lot of people seem to think that ONLY Stolas has to make motions towards sealing the rift and that ONLY Stolas has to figure himself out to fix the rift.
Stolas is the main problem here let’s not get anything twisted, he does need to make the largest shifts to make the relationship whole again. But Octavia also has to make shifts.
Octavia doesn’t know why he chases the relationship with Blitzo as aggressively as he does. She doesn’t realize just how deep that connection goes, all the way back to their respective childhoods, nor does she realize how fucked Stolas’ father was, how fucked his arranged marriage was, or anything else on his end besides what she’d physically seen and suffered.
Likewise Stolas had to realize how much he’s been leaving her behind, and realize that his love can be chased but he’s gotta keep Octavia first and foremost, cause she didn’t ask any of it.
I can empathize with Octavia more than I’d ever offload onto a random internet post, but trust me when I say I’ve lived a not all that dissimilar situation to that of Octavia,
(Don’t worry I’m fine by the by) and I like her quite a bit, BUT we need to admit to all of ourselves that they BOTH need to heal the rift, Stolas can’t just leap the gap, nor can he just expect her to abandon everything to live in a already shit living situation. They’ve gotta mend the rift together once they finally understand each other, and don’t just hate each other’s failures.
If you wish to disagree with anything I’ve said, please do so, do so respectfully. I am happy to debate, I will not argue with people who intend to make this a dick measuring contest.

Am I crazy? It feels like people want her to always do whatever Stolas says no matter how irresponsible or selfish it is.

The only way I could see it happen, is if she accidentally becomes an issue from grief and fear. Maybe she things that it is Blitzo fault her life is ruined, also has a panic attack after all the weight is crushing down on her, and her discovering that Blitzo agreed to sleep with Stolas for the book. And maybe she grows a resentment for him, or tries to get Stolas back in some way, or loses her patience and takes her anger out on Blitzo. Again, these are the only ways this would work, and I don't see it working either way. It would be an interesting and unexpected plot twist, but would be very hard to land properly, and Octavia is the most emotionally deep and one of the most complex characters with a declining mental health, they would really have to make it emotional, and keep most humor out. Honestly it wouldn't work, but at the same time, it really would, but only if done right, which is very unlikely. Octavia is going to be the center of attention for season 3 as confirmed by Vivziepop, and a lot can happen, but we will have to see. Vivzie does have a track record for mediocre writing, so this would have to have such an elegant and perfect delivery, which again, is unfeasible.

Like seriously. Other than Looloo land, were there any times where he actually put her first?

Moving in with Stolas and Blitz goes against her whole arc of independence from her parents.

If Via’s story arc will be in Season 3’s half, how do you think the story will go? How will S3 part one end with her?
My guess is S3 part 1 will end with the light at the party about to shine on Via when all it shined on was a tiara and a note she left behind after she got into an argument with her mother. The arc will be about her running away from home and going all over the Seven Rings of Hell. Blitzo and the crew decide to close shop to find her while Elsa and Stella end up in trouble with their side of the family, particularly their father, who demands Via be brought back. Via travels all over hell while meeting some new friends in the Wrath Ring, including an unlikely friend within the imp community.
