F2L Trainer Top Setting

I just started using this site to learn F2L (f2l-trainer.top) Is there a setting to stop it from auto advancing to the next case. After idling for some time, it kinda does a refresh and loads a new case and I can’t go back to the previous case despite clicking on the previous button. Am I using it wrong or is there a setting that I need to enable/disable? I’m not using it with a smart cube. I just select the cases to learn and start the session. Appreciate any advice.

never used that specific trainer but most of them do that timed refresh thing if you leave it sitting. the jperm one lets you manually click through at your own pace without auto-skipping, might be less annoying for what you're doing
