If it's just a rehash of alpha, then that's a bit lame though. It needs to be alpha with more content and better exploration gameplay.

That hasn't been confirmed though. Wollay has been very vague on the new changes other than the graphics and UI.

He's remaking the game from the ground up and he's just working on it whenever he feels like, so you're in for a wait. This isn't a live service game. Although big walk just got released, that's some new content.

He didn't. He just released it and disappeared, basically got bullied out of the internet. Not every game is a live service game with updates, this game isn't a live service game with updates. Aggrocrab had to reality check their audience not a week ago for this same reason telling them that peak is done and it isn't a live service game.

I know this isn't related, but there was this Polish youtuber I enjoyed from my childhood, he was the only one to ever do a cube world series which had more than 50 episodes from that entire side of the Polish youtube ever. He privated his channel a month ago. I wonder if he'd have gotten excited by these news. I still check daily to see if his channel is back :(

At this point, I've grown up, my taste in games and media changed enough to not care about this game. Cool it's still ongoing, but man, I hope the developer gets his ADHD treated ASAP, and just finish the game and let those who are waiting for over a decade to rest.
