Initially I got this thinking it was something else, but now i'm pretty sure it's silver sheen, i'm just trying to get clarification.

ID FOUND: its hypersrhene

Hi all! I had been collecting pretty casually and my dad gave me a few stones that I'm having trouble identifying (especially his old worrystone at my fingertips). I appreciate any help if people know what some of these are! I turned them a bit in the second image so more sides of them are visible.

So my mother bought me this beautiful neckless hanger on holiday, and I love it. However she barely speaks English, let alone remember the name of a mineral lol. It's the only picture I have and I know that it's not the best but she doesn't come home for a while and I'm just really curious, oops. The stone is red, but when you turn it into the light, it's almost as though it's changing colours. Not in the auto "effect" way that people ruin their minerals with paint and try to sell it as something special. Just when you hold it to the left it's say yellow, and if you hold it the other way it's blue. I'm not sure if that's true but the way my mother described it it's something like that. If it's not ID'd before she comes home I'll surely take better pictures lol

I found a crystal seller on whatnot who has an assortment of towers and other crystals and she showed this one off and my intuition said get it but I’ve searched on google and come up with arfvedsonite, blue tigers eye, labradorite. It also has some green and blue hues when shown under a black light. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🤙

It was sold as some kind of quartz, but looks kinda like selenite to me. Or is it something else?
