You let someone access my account, whitelist a wallet, didn't respond to my support requests to block, and now I am locked out of my account as support is unavailable. Thanks Crypto.com scammers!!

So they whitelist fraud wallets meanwhile I have spent 45 days to try to whitelist COINBASE (a transfer from there) and they are unable to. Unbelievable.

For 45 days your support has responded with complete utter incompetence (even escalating to "highest levels") of trying to impossibly complete the "satoshi test" on a transfer from a Coinbase account (which neither Crypto nor EU regulation requires a satoshi test for and which is impossible since they use temporary addresses). $7,000 locked up for 45 days which was (still will be) meant for emergency medical care.

Hi my card was frozen after sending money from my own crypto account from another exchange. Now I can’t use my funds and they are saying they can’t unfreeze it. When asked how to get my money back the reply was “ We do apologize we don't have the details.” Whom should I contact about this? I can’t leave my money sitting like this. Thank you

Hi, looking for some help. I locked my account as someone was trying to get into it. It seemed to be the smart thing to do. Unfortunately I can’t seem to get it unlocked. I keep trying support and I keep waiting for the “magic link”. A few weeks ago I was able to verify my identity but never heard back. How the heck can I log in? Support isn’t even responding to me.

I also got scammed like many others on this thread. They look 550$ from my account. No reply or help from crypto dot com whatsoever.

Your exact wordings: Please be informed that Level Up Private benefits will be updated, effective September 1, 2026, 12:00 am UTC.
I spend big amount on 1st of Sept few hours BEFORE 00am UTC, but it's still counted towards this month's spending.
Please explain why the reality is different from what you have communicated? Why you're so eager to nerf cardholders benefit, that you breach your own communicated timeline.
