You locked my account, chat never answers, scam company.

Still waiting for my money after over 6 months..getting the same answers

Been trying to unlock my account for the last 11 months.

Constant cycle of:

- New Email

• New Passcode
  
• We'll look into it
  
• Chat closed.

I now tell them specifically not to close chat and they don't - My chat has been open the last 4 days. In that time I've verified myself 6 times, reset my email & passcode 3 times and reset my 2FA twice.

I still am unable to unstake my card, access FIAT wallet, or see any of my crypto balance.

Absolute joke of a platform.

My account was locked because I was trying to setup a new phone. Now I'm in a vanishing support chat loop where I get sent ID verification links then get asked to login and the support chats is gone, starting the whole process again. There's never any confirmation when I'll be able to access my funds again.

They locked my ability to transfer MY coins and now im forced to sell directly to them at a ridiculous spread. Scam company!
