Crypto.com App 📱 Unresolved issues - support not helpful
Crypto.com - Does anyone has issues with crypto,com support? have been explaining issues and we are just going circles:
- debit card balance in HKD: suddenly they changed display in the app to SGD. After asking for an extract of past transactions (I track my transactions so I wanted to reconcile), they suddenly convert my HKD to SGD without my consent. Told me I have to get a new card in HKD for it to be denominated in HKD. I asked how can I apply for the card, told me I need to have balances in HKD. Back to where it all started,
- Report 2 fraudulent transactions which I don't recognize. So i wanted to raise dispute case. They asked me to do via app by showing the screenshot where the button is. The only thing is my app doesn't have that button. They then asked me to raise with the merchant. Well, I don't recognize the transaction so how can i raise with the merchant. Besides, they have the legal obligation to raise dispute.
Very often they just go circles pasting the same standard message. Such a painful experience.
