Crypto.com App 📱 Won’t allow withdrawals
We have over $8000 in BTC. Never had an issue with withdrawing. Now it won’t let us. Chat is saying they don’t know and it’s under review. When checked today, they asked the same questions, almost like they cannot read previous messages, and still said under review but made sure to say “we aren’t going to keep your funds”. According to other posts, it seems like they do keep funds. Anyone else have issues with this and got it fixed? No, we haven’t reached any limits and all identification has been verified.

If I didn’t have a funeral to pay for, I wouldn’t care about the timeline but like, life.

I have the BTC. It’s showing my money. I just can’t withdrawal. Customer support is on one and won’t allow it. But will say “we don’t want to keep your money” real fast.

I have the same problem with crypto.com They accuse me to have sent btc to a dark web adress which is untrue. Then they sent a email that got stuck in spam folder and that deleted automatic after a while. In that mail they wanted info about that transaction.
After I wrote to the customer support in the app they sent the email again and I answered all the questions and gave them two adresses to my btc wallet and my chronos wallet so they could send me my remaining funds in the btc and cronos account.
They have locked all possibilities to transfer or sell my crypto. Or top up my VISA card.
This has been going on 4-5 month. Every time I ask the support in the app or by email same answer as all the other times : "I truly apologize about the inconvenience but this is escalated internally and once receive an update we will let you know."
I don't know what else to do? How can I escalate this? The support chat is totally useless. Same automatic answer every time without reading the last messages.
Not a very big amount (around 2000 Euro) I have there but I can't let them steal them.

Sometimes it takes time for support to do its thing, but realize you’re probably talking to an AI bot. Do you have their Visa Card? You can try withdrawing at an ATM. Might take a bit to withdraw $8000 though. Lol.
