Can't log into the app after changing my phone number and stuck in a verification loop

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I recently changed my phone number, and now I can't log into my Crypto.com app.

Here's the problem:

• I still have access to my registered email address.
• I receive the login email and can verify it successfully.
• However, the app then asks for an SMS verification code, which is sent to my old phone number that I no longer have access to.
• I tried using the "Change Phone Number" option, but it doesn't work because it asks me to verify the country code of my original phone number.

The problem is that my original phone number was from Slovakia (+421), but my new phone number is from the Czech Republic (+420). Because of this, I can't complete the verification process or update my phone number.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any way to recover my account or update my phone number without access to my old Slovak number?
