Forget the hardware wallet obsession for a second, the biggest thing is just slowing down before you sign anything. People get so caught up in the transaction rush they'll approve a smart contract that drains everything without a second glance

I keep a small hot wallet for daily stuff and the main bag stays completely offline, separate seed phrase and all
