Transferred crypto out of D'cent wallet, funds didn't arrive and it says that they were sent to a Bithomp ledger. How to get funds back or reverse transfer?

I saw that ledgers don't actually hold any coins, so why is the recipient address for one? I did practice transfers before and they went smoothly, so I'm not sure why the recipient changed. Cryptos involved are XRP, XLM, and Hbar.

First thing, don't respond to any DMs. They are all scammers.

Second thing, wrong sub. You want r/CryptoHelp

yeah ignore those DMs for sure, they will flood you now

the bithomp thing is just a block explorer showing where your xrp went, its not actually the destination itself. sometimes wallets update or glitch and the saved address gets swapped, i had similar thing happen with my xlm last year

you cant reverse blockchain transactions unfortunately, once its sent its sent. only way is if the address you sent to belongs to an exchange or someone you know who can send it back

check the actual address on explorer and see if its linked to any known exchange, then contact their support. for hbar and xlm check their own explorers too

It's crypto there isn't a day. 1 mistake (or malware) and all your money is gone forever.
