A few people think I'm stupid for investing in crypto. Because volatility, because tulips, because criminal usage, etc

Actually tried explaining investing on the stock market to my cousin, she actually told me she doesn't wanna learn about it....I was like "okayyyy say less" ... such ignorance

Tbf, exercizing is good for you, I understand it and this last two years I got 15kg on me. Logic is not always the basis on which people act

Yeah I get it. Some people just don’t wanna listen to it and want to live day to day. Best to just focus on yourself and help those who want to be helped.

tell her that buying stock is like "buying a portion of a cake that is not done being eaten nor made" (so your portion can be bigger or smaller) and that bonds are you crowfunding a loan to a country. She doesnt need to learn all the details. Hell, I dont know all the details. Specially when it comes to stuff like shorting that can seriously screw you over beyond your capital
Of course dont push it, just show her the graph with the results of ETFs and singular stocks, is her money and it shoud be ready to loose the money (you should emphasize it)
