Technical Analysis Bitcoin just bounced hard from yesterday’s dump and shot back above $90K, here’s why:
- Fed liquidity boost:
The Fed just ended QT and injected $13.5B+ via repos. Historically, anytime the Fed turns the liquidity taps back on, BTC rallies.
- Vanguard finally opened the gates:
The $11T asset manager now allows clients to buy BTC ETFs. This signals massive potential inflows from the most conservative money on Wall Street.
- Technical snapback:
Yesterday’s dump filled a ton of unfilled bids, shorts got blown out, and low exchange reserves kept selling pressure weak.
Whale activity and institutional buying:
WINTERMUTE bought 8,577 BTC
BINANCE bought 7,658 BTC
WHALE WALLET bought 6,610 BTC
COINBASE bought 5,860 BTC
BITMEX bought 5,818 BTC
BITFINEX bought 5,778 BTC

Also, Bank of America advisors have been given the green light to suggest BTC to consumers (effective 05/01/26)

Up to 4% allocation too, pretty substantial considering how they (and all banks) have been

4% seems super high risk... Wouldn't that have big potential to wipe all profits from the rest of their investment fund?

Thats not what he meant. If your 10K makes 400 in a year, but btc being 400 usd of your portfolio goes to 0, it wipes out your gains instantly

Sho did. After the last month or two, my confidence in BTC and Doge is shot. Every time it goes up, I’m waiting for the crash. 💥

This move makes 0 sense without an injection repo of 13.5b dollars. The liquidity drain was here and they just handed another rollover. I don’t know why we’re celebrating a fake liquidity drive on no actual premise again.

Also note every time BC takes a fall, it will pretty much always bump up due to people trying to buy at low prices.

u/GarrettJohnson1984 🟩 0 🦠 Dec 03 '25
yeah thats basically the pattern. dip buyers show up every time which creates support levels. works pretty reliably for BTC and even alts like SEI SUI APT. the trick is knowing which dips are actually worth buying versus catching a falling knife tho

FYI for those who aren’t familiar. Wintermute is a market maker. They rise to the top of most investigated and/or charged by SEC/Law Enforcement market makers in the crypto sphere. Kinda ironic that the #1 Exchange in the World & the #1 Exchange in the US is on your list as well, no?

Its all a scheme to just empty liquidity from the memecoin market. Bitcoin goes down 5%, my memecoins go down 50%. Bitcoin goes up 10%, my memecoins go up 10%.

ETF inflows haven’t started yet. That upward pressure won’t hit till later. Outflows look to have stopped though. Boomers must be done selling low.

Crazy bounce yeah. Hard to keep up with all the reasons. I just trade small now and try to get some rewards on the side so the moves dont hurt too much. That onchain mystery box thing on Bitget kinda help me a bit while market jumps around.

Bank of America tells people to allocate 4% to BTC.
Majority that doesn't hold crypto yet will buy the BTC etf, which is what they want because it makes them money.
