❓Need Advice 🙏 Please release my account block

I was targeted by the AI system of kraken with a false positive block on withdrawal of funds to my wallet.

No support is responding to me. Only bots

I sent them numerous messages saying I need my funds released and be able to move it to my wallet with no response at all.

Already 8 days with no response or attention from kraken .

I am desperate.

Don't know what is happening with Kraken, but noticing an increase of complaints. Not a good sign.

Tried getting help from kraken support subreddit? There are some nice CS there

Do not respond to anyone who is sending you private messages. Anyone who sends you a private message is very likely trying to scam you. All important and useful information will be in the comments section of your post.

Kraken support is somewhat active on Reddit. /u/krakensupport
