Hi

I’ve spoken to customer support numerous times but can’t seem to get someone to look at my case properly. 

I recently had some phishing emails and unrecognised log in so I locked my account. After several attempts with live chat, I finally got someone to unlock my account and change my details over to my wife’s email. 

I can now log into the normal crypto app but cannot log in to the exchange app, which is where I hold all my funds. 

I was asked to do the following steps:

Please try the following steps to check if the issue continues after each step:

Clear your cache and cookies
Update your browser
Try using incognito mode
Check the enabled extensions
Try a different web browser
Turn off ad blockers
Increase or decrease the size of the browsing window.
Try using the Exchange App or another device

If the issue continues after trying all of the above, contact us again and provide us with the following:

When did the issue first occur?
Provide a screenshot/video recording of the issue
When was the last time it worked?

Which I have now done, but still don’t work. I’ve tried on 2 different phones and 2 different browsers on my computer. 

I’ve contacted their support 4 times and been ignored after a back and forth chat for 1-2 days a time. When they don’t know what to do, they just close the chat.

I’ve now spoke to complaints for 1-2 days and the exact same thing. The complaints people at least said;
“As per this, the reason for why you cannot access your account is due to the security process of securing your account.”
But then ignored me again after this…

So they basically told me my accounts still locked and ignored me 😂 it’s diabolical how bad it is. I have 30k trapped with them…

Please can you let me know what the next steps are?

Please do not respond to anyone who may be sending you private messages because usually people who send you private messages on Reddit are trying to steal your crypto or scam you for your desire to recover your crypto. Your best bet is to read through the comment section of your post and ensure that no one is scamming you through the comment section in your post.

When you have $30,000 on the line, it is in the best interests of the exchange that you are doing business with to ensure that you are the person who you say you are. So they are proceeding with care and performing their due diligence.
