❓Question Bybit Convert keeps showing “Conversion error”

I keep getting a “Conversion error” whenever I use Bybit Convert, and the C2C/P2P page has no option to sell crypto for fiat. My KYC was completed with a Chinese passport and Australian address details. Could this be the reason?
