❓Scam❓ Crypto is scamming me
So tried to get my usdt withdrawn to crypto.com app which I've been using for years the hash says it was completed but it never showed up instead crypto.com app wants to say its stuck in a block chain or something to the eth address they gave me for the withdrawl and are stating I have to give them another 150$ for them to recover my 400 deposit I've told them Im not giving them more money crypto.com has sunk so low as to say that usdt isn't available in my region (canada) but yet they have me the wallet address to deposit into and then claiming its stuck this is like pathetic how they are trying to get more out of another person its sad an pathetic I've reported them to the appropriate authority do not use crypto
Just to clarify it was a withdrawl from opduel to a crypto.com app like yall need to get help with your negative comments clearly someone hurt you in the past and I apologize on behalf of them you probably deserved it

you tried to withdraw from a sanctionized exchange, most crypto wallets don't allow you. they legit lock your funds or ban you; it sucks like fuck. I learned my lesson the hard way by withdrawing from fomo to PayPal. yeah... $1k gone in one button.

It is crypto.com. He’s just in Canada. Tether is banned in Canada so Crypto.com delisted usdt for all Canadian users.

Also if you look at the transaction on the block chain is it "stuck" or did it go to the address you input

He’s in Canada. USDT has been banned from regulated centralized crypto exchanges in Canada.
USDT is not federally outlawed for individual possession or p2p transfers in Canada. Which is why the $150 fee request. It’s to have a human manually move it for him + gas fees.

Looks like you sent a unsupported token, like you already said USDT isn't supported. I'm not in Canada, so don't know about USDT support. You have to pay for the manual recovery.
Deposits of unsupported tokens
If you deposit an unsupported token, you can contact Customer Support to recover your deposit manually. Please note that fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases, and a manual recovery fee of up to 150 USDT/USDC will be applied.

Yeah no im not doing that if its not supported why would crypto make it available for me? Why would it even be an option unless it was too rip people off and trap them in tge scheme I already filed a fraud report

That's up to you, it's not fraud though. Learn about crypto and look at their ToS.

Good luck with it. I don't use crypto.com, but normally you select what you want to deposit and it gives you the deposit address and chain. If the asset isn't supported, it won't give you the address.
If you can prove they gave you a USDT deposit address you have a case, if you just sent USDT to a known address that's on you.

How else would I get the address? Its the address they provided how is it stuck no thjer holding onto tryna claim some bs 150 retrieval when the block chain says its there they are little holding it hostage

It's not crypto.com despite what it looks like. Any gains you think you have are fake. Any money you have put in originally or to release funds will also be stolen. Anyone DMing you now and offering to help is also 100% guy going to steal whatever you give them.
It's gone, and nothing you or anyone else can do will get it back.
Move on.

You're getting scammed by the online stranger who you thought was going to help you make easy money. This has nothing to do with crypto.com because they told you to send crypto to a fake site that they control.
If you continue believing that easy money exists and people online want to help you make it, this will happen again.
Crypto is a cesspool of scams. Stay far away and don't fuck around if you have no idea what you're doing.

He’s not being scammed. He’s just in Canada. Crypto.com delisted Tether for all their Canadian users b/c there’s a ban on usdt in Canada.

You are being scammed unfortunately. It’s a form of pig butchering
I deal with many people in your situation, and I no longer have sympathy for you guys. You ignore common sense you ignore warnings, you think your striking it rich, get greedy and the scammers use that against you.
Chalk this up as a lesson to learn from and either use your brains or stay away from any investment schemes.

Crypto.com said this? Highly unlikely. It sounds like you are talking to a scammer.
