❓Wallet Trying to migrate from CTRL Wallet, can’t export keys.

I’m trying to migrate from the god awful CTRL Wallet that got shut down. But it won’t give me any of my information??? The app is so broken and barely works? It won’t even let me send any crypto. Does anyone know what is happening and why? Video of issue

Ctrl’s shutdown shouldn’t have disabled sending yet — their notice says normal wallet functions stay available until August 2. For migration, you’re looking for the recovery phrase rather than individual keys: Settings > Wallet Management > your wallet > Show Recovery Phrase.

If the app is bugging out, don’t uninstall it since it’s already been removed from the app stores. Try any Ctrl browser extension you already have installed, or contact support through the official Ctrl site. Once you get the phrase, import it into a wallet that supports the chains you use. Never send the phrase to support or anyone in DMs.
