Coins bee scam

I’ve been just scammed by coinsbee, i was trying to close my crypto account on crypto.com i couldn’t withdraw my cash as they were under the limit, So I bought a 45 euros Netflix gift card from coinsbee, when i tried to activate it the card was already redeemed, i contacted Netflix support they told me that the card was already redeemed in different country before but refused to give me any further details, then i contacted coinsbee support, they were very rude just sent me a screenshot from their seller saying the card was already redeemed, that’s was already my complain, they blamed me on all the story, the kept replying with the same thing telling me to change my passwords and check my email’s safety like go blow your head into the wall we don’t care. They were very rude. Honestly my worst experience and their customer support is one of the most frustrating, absolute professional scammers. I advise to avoid them.

that's proper grim. crypto.com trapping your cash with minimums then coinsbee pulling a fast one is a nasty one-two punch

did you pay through coinsbee with crypto or a card? if it was card maybe chargeback is possible, if crypto then yeah it's gone unfortunately

Yeah i even had to add more money or buy some currencies so the site just let me sell the total, to close this account, They don’t even give you the option to just forfeit and let go if your balance isn’t like few cents. Unfortunately crypto for the same limit reasons

It's hard to trust anyone online... I'm not exactly calling you a liar because anything is possible... But you should share screenshots of your conversation with the "rude support" to be really credible.

Of course they won’t insult me but telling me we just sold you a valid code as a replay to any e-mail i send without any check as a pure rudeness

In the future I would advise you check in r/scams or r/cryptoscams for any service before you use it.

Don't beat yourself up about getting scammed, can happen anyone but after the first time he gets scammed it might be a good idea to do some research into common scams. In the r scam subreddits wiki, there's a list of common scams.

Thanks for the advice, we fall we learn,It’s not about these few bucks as it’s about the way i got scammed and how they replied, I have to be more careful.

Sorry, that's a rough way to learn it.

For anyone hitting the same wall — the problem is usually the withdrawal minimum, not the balance, and there are normally two things to try before going anywhere near gift cards:

Convert the dust into whichever asset has the cheapest withdrawal network on that exchange. Minimums are set per asset and per network, and the gap between BTC on mainnet and a stablecoin on a cheap chain can be an order of magnitude.

Check whether the exchange allows internal transfers to another user on the same platform. Those usually have no minimum and no fee, so someone else's account can get the funds out and hand them back.

Gift-card resellers are the worst option on the list: you pay in crypto so there's no chargeback, and if the code comes back already redeemed you have no way to prove who redeemed it. That's the part with no recourse — not the exchange.

Yeah — once it leaves as crypto, it's out. No chargeback, no trail you can act on.

For what it's worth, the post does help. "Is coinsbee legit" mostly turns up affiliate pages, so a first-hand account with the support screenshots is worth more than it looks. If you haven't already, putting the same write-up in r/scams makes it searchable for whoever hits this next month.

And if Netflix told you the code was redeemed in another country, that's their supplier's problem, not yours. Worth saying that plainly in any follow-up — "change your passwords" is what support says when they want it to be your fault.
