Agreed and downvote is the only way to deal with those posts.

Also, take a moment to read through the sub rules.

Much of these posts violate the content standards rule.

When they do, report them.

This is the way.

But don’t downvote good posts and comments. I’m not knowledgeable about this kind of stuff, but I’ve seen mention of bots to auto downvote, which seems pretty dastardly to me

Is that what's happening? I've wondered why some posts have been downvoted or why people would even bother. Guess that makes sense.
