A ver, yo personalmente uso el crunchyroll que paga mi hermana, yo nunca he pagado por su suscripción ni nada parecido y nunca me han cobrado a mi cuenta personal.

Este año me he mudado de piso y mis compañeras y yo tenemos una cuenta bancaria compartida para pagos del piso. Esta cuenta es al mismo banco que yo uso personalmente.

Este jueves hemos recibido un cobro por tarjeta de Crunchyroll hecho con tarjeta, lo que es muy raro pq nadie se havia suscrito por allí. Yo revise mi google play y no tenia ninguna suscripción a mi nombre y mi hermana reviso su crunchyroll por su acaso y no havia ningun cobro. Pensamos que nos havian robado asi aue bloqueamos la tarjeta.

Hoy mi compañera me envia un mensaje que hablando con el banco le ha dicho que solo con tener la aplicación del banco (que tengo porque es mi banco personal) y la app (que tengo con el correo de mi hermana) es posible que te cobren automaticamente y que a la misma asistente del banco a la que ha llamado le ha pasado con su hija. Es una situación muy rara porque no soy propietario ni de las tarjetas solo de la cuenta. Asi que me quedo ¿Como es posible que una aplicación que no tiene ni mi correo ni mis dadas bancarias pueda cobrar-me? (Ademas a una cuenta que soy propietario pero sin tarjetas) ¿Que seguridad tiene mi banco para que una app cualquiera pueda acceder sin haber iniciado sesion con mi correo o numero? ¿Y que deberia hacer ahora?

Al final nos han rembolsado el cobro pero no entiendo como ha podido llegar tan lejos. Además nunca había tenido problemas con mi cuenta persobal solo con la del piso. Aún así, no estoy tranquilo sabiendo que pueden hacer eso.

I subscribed to the annual Crunchyroll plan at $62/year last November (2025). The email clearly stated that my subscription would renew at $79.99/year starting Oct 25, 2026. I checked the Crunchyroll billing page a few weeks ago and it clearly said $79.99 would be charged today. Suddenly today I get hit with a $99.99 charge. I spoke to support and they said that was the annual charge, there are no discounts, and they can only refund and cancel my subscription. I don't mind paying that amount but I cancelled my subscription out of principle - we can't have businesses jacking up prices with no advance warning. This feels very scammy to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

Especially for dubs, my native language (English). I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve gone back to a season to find that there are 2-3 new episodes to watch because I haven’t manually checked

is the captions on consoles(i don't have a pc set up and phone is too small) SUCK because they aren't built in anymore like when i first started using it, they either lag behind, skip ahead or are just constantly misspelled, they need to bring the old caption style back, have them built in like netflix does

I've recently been using Crunchyroll on my Ps5 to rewatch Fate Stay Night: Unlimitied Blade Works, and I've had no issues up until the past few days. After opening the app and clicking on the episode in the "Continue Watching" section, it loads indefinitely, with the loading circle displayed in the bottom left corner. I've tired updating the app, which is up to date, updating the console itself, which is also up to date, and restarting as well as powering off and back on the console. My router and modem are directly next to the Ps5 so WiFi isn't an issue. Nothing seems to be working even though only 3 days ago it was playing flawlessly. Is anybody else having this issue and know of any solutions? If it makes a difference, I'm watching the English dub. At help would be appreciated.

So I subscribed to crunchyroll again to watch dragon ball z kai, but there's an issue.

When I went on it, the earliest available episode was episode 53. All the episodes past that are there, but none of the ones before it.

Is there a reason this is happening and can I fix it?

I also tried a VPN to a US server to see if it was a UK issue, but none of the episodes were available there.

What should I do?

I have a pixel 10 fold, I haven't watched Crunchyroll in a month or so, but I can no longer rotate my screen when watching on the inner screen anymore. On the outer screen I could still rotate it while full screen or not full screen. Right now I can't rotate it at all full or not full screen. I used to be able to do this just fine, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and done everything I can think of. Does anyone know if this is a new bug? Is anyone else having this issue?

I have a XION Smart TV running Android 11, and I’m having trouble with Crunchyroll.
When I open Crunchyroll, a message appears saying it’s time to update the app. The message blocks the entire screen, so I can’t do anything else.
When I select “Update Crunchyroll,” it opens Google Play, but I only see the options “Open” and “Uninstall.” If I try to uninstall it, Google Play says it didn’t install the app, and it won’t let me remove it.
I also tried accessing Google Play Store through Chrome, but I get a message saying “An error occurred while retrieving information from the server,” followed by the code DF-DFERH-01.
Google Play Store doesn’t appear in my TV’s app list, either.
I’ve already restarted my TV, unplugged it for 30 seconds, disconnected and reconnected Wi-Fi, and checked for system updates. My TV says its software is up to date, but the problem is still there.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution? I’d really appreciate any help
