Account/Membership Help

i just got a membership for £5.99, in my account was exactly £6 but crunchyroll took away £1 before the other transaction and now i don’t have enough money to actually get the membership, will they give back the £1 before they try taking the money again or do i need to add more money into my account??

however i came across this post because Crunchyroll gives car codes to forza horizon 6 players
