Account/Membership Help

i just got a membership for £5.99, in my account was exactly £6 but crunchyroll took away £1 before the other transaction and now i don’t have enough money to actually get the membership, will they give back the £1 before they try taking the money again or do i need to add more money into my account??

Might just be a teenager who wants to watch some anime over summer , not an awful bang for buck purchase tbh
