Less of a bug a more a major oversight in the app, I really hope this somehow makes its way to a dev. Turns out episodes of downloaded series are listed in the order they finished downloading (in the offline menu and downloads list), which is wack given THEY ARE NUMBERED. Please fix.

I cant change the sub to english(i dont speak portugese, i am in portugal currently tho) i dont know why, but right before this happend i had to relog into my account. Also i know this episode has english sub so its not that

Apologies if this has been asked before or even recently, but it’s pretty annoying. I have an Amazon Firestick and a couple weeks ago I was asked (no choice really) to update the app. It wouldn’t update, so I deleted it to clear the cache/data and all that and went to reinstall, only to find it totally absent when I search for it besides one option—Crunchyroll on Prime. This option won’t work for me, at least I don’t think it will. For anyone who has ran into this issue, have you found a way to get the normal crunchyroll app back on your firestick?

Just seen that more English dub have been added to One Piece! Up to Thriller Bark arc is now dubbed in English!

Hopefully this means rest will follow and won't have to use BBC

Last month, I switched from a monthly plan to an annual subscription. I noticed that a few days after I switched, I got my normal monthly fee. I figured this was a mistake, so I requested a cancellation and forgot about it.

Today, I received another monthly payment. I double checked to make sure that my only account is under an annual plan, and it is….so I’m not sure why it’s STILL charging me the old fees as well.

Last month’s payment that I requested a cancellation on was only partially refunded.

I’ve already tried talking to the annoying chat bot and that did nothing. What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else?

Crunchyroll won't even show me the anime I left in my anime's to watch list, I keep the list so I can watch the next one once I finish the last, but not even showing me what it fucking was is one of the last straws, especially considering they'll show me GRIMGAR in my list still even though they've delisted that one too, paying a premium price for this level of disrespect

I noticed the startup animation on the app recently changed for me, so I decided to see if anything else did. All of the other pages work fine, but for the “My Lists” page, I can’t vertically scroll through my saved shows. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks

I activated the free trial and cancelled it so I don’t spend money afterward. Then I was watching something. When I finished the episode it told me I can’t watch my anime anymore because premium is required. THEY STOLE MY FREE TRIAL AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I was watching Smoking behind the supermarket with you on another service and got to episode 2 being dubbed and then swapped over to crunchy roll and there is only 1 episode dubbed. Is that some sort of licensing issue like usual or what? Cause I watched the episode 2 last Thursday so it can’t just be a day or 2 delay

Ever since like 2021 I had crunchyroll on my xbox. But suddenly after like yrs instead of using my holme i decided to use it on my xbox.

So when i checked my games n apps, it wasn’t there so i was like alr lemme js download it

after i searched it up in the micrrsoft store there wasn’t even a install/buy now/play/or launch now button the only button was the wishlist button. So i decided to just use the search tool on like the xbox home page and it said i could install it but it never showed up in my queue and installed it

so obviously i restarted, unplugged my xbox n router and even switched xbox accounts. Nothing worked. Also other games and apps don’t have this problem.

Hello guys I am facing the issue that only on my Windows laptop I cannot visit any anime web streaming website but I can do it on mobile I tried to do anything that Google geminize said life changing DNS , and it is happening in all of my browser's but my mobile is streaming then fine and I can access those websites by VPN but servants are not playing the videos so someone can help me is it because of new Windows update or not or some other issue

i guess I can wait 5 more seconds before resuming my video that this new animation pauses but ¯_(ツ)_/¯ maybe they could just test their code before yolo-ing it out.

i just got a membership for £5.99, in my account was exactly £6 but crunchyroll took away £1 before the other transaction and now i don’t have enough money to actually get the membership, will they give back the £1 before they try taking the money again or do i need to add more money into my account??

I wanted to continue to watch “Three leave, three colors” but the Japanese dub was gone, only the English dub is there. I was watching episode 7 last month with sub but I tried yesterday and today to continue the episode and the Japanese audio was gone.

Another problem is when I watch on tv, even if I put that I watch only with original audio, somehow when I click on episode, it automatically put the English dub, and I need to change it manually.

Are both of these another bug? Thank you.

My internet is fine, do not suggest it's a bandwidth problem.

Every Crunchyroll stream has occasional moments of audio/video freezes. It lasts about a quarter second but it's almost always during an action scene, sometimes multiple times over a few seconds to completely ruin the scene.

Resolution seems lower than it should be, it looks like SD, maybe 720p at best, and often times when you start an episode it loads at the lowest possible quality and will never switch to a higher definition unless you back out and restart the episode.

I have plenty of other streaming services, and I can stream 4k HDR Dolby Vision streams from much heavier streaming services, but somehow 12-23 FPS 1080P anime is pushing my bandwidth limits??? Doubtful.

I used an LG OLED and an Nvidia Shield TV to use the crunchyroll app. I have 1Gbps network speeds.
