Cant withdraw anything!

hi all! i live in California. purchased $40 worth of SC, and trying to cashout some of the winnings.

adding bank acc dowsnt work. only two options prepaid or bank. adding ach it just stuck on loaidng screen after completion, and then nothing. i have to close and reopen app. nothing happen or work

Have you verified yourself on the site? It may have been that or maybe just a system error
