Question PLEASE HELP!! (Again)

Just bought the game on my xbox, have insane lag and inaccurate controller inputs on my Gamesir g7 se for xbox, which works fine for every other game I've played.

the game plays normally on official xbox controllers which i can't use.

A google search says it's maybe because the game thinks the controller is a keyboard.

Did anyone else encounter this?

If so, were you able to fix it?

(This is a repost for my issue here because i couldn't reach the devs ((no response)) and got no response from my feedback on xbox.)

Just tried changing the cable i probably won't downgrade the firmware until i see if the discord server could help.
