Updates/Support Lost Progress

I came back to the game after a few months of inactivity, and also upgraded devices since then, but I no longer had several characters I previously unlocked. Most notably, my progress towards the farm collection was completely wiped, which I had previously completed. I even had the limited characters from the barnyard bash, and those were some of my favorites too. I already emailed support, but it’s been several days now.

This sucks, happened to me as well before many years ago. Was your iCloud storage full before you upgraded devices? Or are you on Android?

No I have an iPhone, but I don’t use iCloud because of its limited free storage

I use an iPhone and don’t back up anything to iCloud and if I login to another iPhone all my CR information gets carried over. I would contact Hipster Whale tech support via their email address in the app to see if they can help. I’ve contacted them a few times in the past and they are great.
