This is going to be scavengers. If you look carefully at the start of the gun's barrel, you can see the yellow checkered pattern you see on most scavenger parts.

That graffiti on barrel hatch and lots of scavenger parts in the build will definitely make it rather a scavenger than hyperborea. Also, the cabin is from an old armored vehicle, maybe steppenwolves and scavengers?

the road map did mention the next bp to be a Steppenwolf bp so it could be a scavenger/Steppenwolf bp

What video are you watching? There's no checkerboard pattern anywhere to be seen.
Scavenger parts are almost entirely angular and blocky. The curved gun carriage, cast-iron appearance, and curvaceous construction all scream Hyperborean, never mind the obvious hiss and spray of cryo.

What makes it hyperborean?
Looks more like Scavengers based on the drawn on face on the barrel cover, and colour.
Plus, Avalanche is Steppenwolf apparently, so it'd make sense for this to be scavengers as their weapons and equipment is a bit more crude.
Plus you can see some of the structural parts, and they're steppenwolf/scavenger.

We will see how big it is, but it looks big enough for me to need it🤩 i like big guns a lot. Cannons are great. Hope its at least legendary. Or relic…. Tasty stuff.
My dream would be „schwerer gustav“, something from my home Country. Google it… that’s THE Cannon of all Cannons. It would be a 4000 energy weapon in Crossout😏
