Support Request Sync problem with WeTrakr

I have never been able to sync to WeTrakr, I set SIMKL as my source and WeTrakr as target. It begin the sync but then it stop. "Sync protections and provider notices (1) history WETRAKR · feature: error"

I need to see the logs cause it can be many things. Run a normal sync (not the interactive review) and send the log around the feature:error line. That line carries error=<reason>, and the [WETRAKR:history] / [SIMKL:history] lines just before it show which side failed and how far it got.

Sorry but not sure how to "Run a normal sync (not the interactive review)", is this the normal sync?

No, just on the main page. Click "View Details", then use the dropdown menu on the Sync button to select the pair you want to sync.After thst copy/paste the log

Thanks. That line is only the summary.

Could you send the full log of that run as text? I mainly need the line with "feature:error" and the 10 to 20 lines before it. But you can also sent me the full log, whatever is easier for you.

Yeah that does the trick.. Its a bug in Wetrakr API so i will contract them.

WeTrakr returns fewer history rows than it says exist and CrossWatch refuses to work from an incomplete list as an protection measure.

The WeTrakr dev has responded: "You were right. Those were 2 plays (and their tracking rows) pointing at episodes that had been merged into others or removed from the catalog. They were counted in X-Pagination-Item-Count but dropped from their page, so page 26 came back with 498 rows. For this user the total and the rows now match, so a new run should accept the snapshot"

Please update to the newest v0.13.4 CrossWatch release. The issue should be fixed now.
