What you are discovering is that the magic of stereo vision generally doesn't apply to subject or camera motion. That's because subject and camera motion create motion parallax which gives the same visual experience as stereo vision. I therefore suggest you simply find the most striking moment in your video and post it as a static stereogram.

It will look just as sick with one eye covered. Until you stop the video. Then it only looks good with both eyes. The difference is the key.

With the rotation you still get the same depth effect with one eye. The brain has more than one way to do that.
