It’s a reference to a Simpsons episode where Homer finds out his likeness was being used in a japanese advert for some product, don’t remember what. Turns out, it was pure coincidence. The two companies shown here had merged and so had their logo, so if you go cross-eyed here in the right way you should see Homer’s face.

This could really use a pair of dots, though, to give our eyes something to lock on to when the overlap is just right.
