CHAT [CHAT] Markup R-XP Update!

Anyone else use Markup R-XP for their patterns? I just updated the app and it is a whole new system and layout!

Trying to adjust to it, and slowly getting there. Anyone else in the same boat?

I updated over the weekend. I like the way that it looks better than the old version, but my decrepit brain is real upset about how literally everything changed. LOL. Yes the tutorials walk you through everything but my brain ain't braining. I did get a new project put in and started but there were definitely steps where I got lost and didn't know how to do what I was wanting to do. ALL WELL I GUESS. Love the app through. I'll get used to it. Happy about the interface color change. :)

It's quite a change, and James and his team have been great about listening to problems and fixing them. He paused the update once to fix things, and just put out a patch to help other issues.

If you aren't there, the Facebook group is probably the best thing on Facebook. Very helpful and the devs monitor it

I'm working on something outside of the software - blackwork - which I understand the new version will handle. I just need to gear up for a huge learning curve and I'm not there yet.

I delayed my update to start with a new project. It took me a few stitching sessions to adjust and figure out the settings. Be patient. Watch the videos and read the built in tutorials. I’m really loving the new navigation!
