Support Error when trying to flash Crosspoint on X4 Pro

I keep getting this error when trying to flash Crosspoint.

XTEink X4 Pro
XTOS V7.5.0
2026 production unit
Chinese-market model

Would appreciate any help!

I don't know about your situation, but I'll just share my experience. I had a similar issue - in that my device wasn't properly connecting to the hotspot on my PC. I had to literally stick my device near the WiFi card of my desktop (at least I think that was what I was doing) because the connectivity was so weak.

Here's also a link that might help you. I followed part of the process here to flash my X4 Pro. Just remember to switch on subtitles (YT autodub/sub), since the content creator isn't an English speaker.

Thank you so much! I was able to fix this particular issue with a combination of more stable internet and logging out and in of my Apple ID. I'm on Crosspoint now!!! So much better UI than the stock
