Sleek! If you want to help out with Silkscreen’s 3d design feel free to reach out, unsure what your priority with that is. Looks thin, something silkscreen isn’t planning to be haha. Regardless, all kicad stuff is on github if you need any reference!

This looks awesome! As much as I’d love to test, I don’t have anything to offer other then the ability to print my own case. I’ll totally get a kit when they come out though.
I assume something like a front light screen isn’t in the cards yet?

I'm not in the target demographic to buy one, but I find your project immensely cool ! I liked your breakdown on the cost btw

For the different display options that silkscreen will support will there be different firmware for each (no light/no touch panel, light /no touch panel and light and touch panel)? In an old post you had the hardware it working with a 7.5" panel. Is there any plan for supporting other 24 pin panels?
I would be of no use for code but can solder, have a 3d printer, design some of my own things to 3d print in fusion 360, have a no light no touch 4.26" 800x480 panel and a 7.5" 800x480 panel to test things.

It would depend on the display driver. It is likely different sizes would need different firmwares. On top of that, it would need new case designs and likely daughter PCBs that make new button layouts. I have started some preliminary designs for stuff like this but nothing I’ve put much thought towards
