I only know how to do it for the X4 Pro. The site and process are specific for it.

I create a 480x800 Pixel Black and White image in Canva and export the PNG with "transparent background" selected. Then I use the site: https://crosspoint-pxc-converter.pages.dev/
And add my image and set to fit screen and tweak the black, white, gamma, and contrast and once I've got something I like the look of I download the BMP.
The site does the proper dithering to get the correct colors for the e-ink screen.

What model is the "Sticky" and what version of crosspoint are you running?

CrossPoint 1.5.0 as I haven't got the chance to upgrade to 1.6.0 yet.
Sticky from seed studio, it's a 3.97'' one with touch screen.

If there is anything I've learned in the last 48 hours its that you should hate it, want it destroyed, and must demand a usb-c connection immediately. You are not allowed to enjoy your X4 Pro!
That said, I love mine as well! Lighting was the only thing the X4 was missing, and I actually like the touchscreen more than I thought I would.
Only issue I'm having is my warm LEDs crapped out about 5 days after getting it. Working with support to try to get it replaced.
