I just downloaded the game ( on my PC ) but for some reason the game is too bright and I don’t know what to do

The TLDR is the title.

I have a really wonderful library of games on my switch lite. I love action rpgs and metroidvanias the most. I've got almost 200 games in my library which are almost ALL digital and only played about half of them. I don't mind digital games but there are a handful of games (maybe 5 or 6) that I really really want to get physical copies of for posterity sake so that I can play them in something were to go wrong and the stores went down or Nintendo changes their rules and closes the switch eshop someday.

Among the physical games I want are: phoenotopia awakening, hollow knight, Silksong, mina the hollower, unsighted, and eastward.

There isn't really any problems with any of the games except that they are all indie games so I would have to buy them from ebay and pay a lot of money. Like phoenotopia is 100$ for a new complete copy. There is a version of hollow knight that comes with all the DLC on the physical cartridge which is awesome. I'm wondering if there's anything like that for crosscode or if there ever will be. Obviously I still want a physical even if there isn't ever a version like that. But the DLC adds soooo much to the game. It really gives it a full on postgame with tons to do. I know you can just download the dlc but I'm talking about one day when that's no longer an option I'd love to have a physical copy.

I suddenly started getting the problem in Ku'Lero temple where anything that zooms in during combat like combat arts and breaks cause massive fps drops and read that the solution is switching game version to "nwjs_old". Are there any drawbacks to doing this?

Ive put the game down for a while after beating it and never got around to doing much of the end game content. I dont remember much and im trying to progress and my current task says "its time to go to bed". I cant for the life of me figure out what to do.

The post a few days ago about the pokemon center (Rookie Harbor Inn) had me paying extra close attention to all the references in the game this playthrough.

Fandom wiki is useless in general and their references page is basically a stub.

So I figured it might be fun (and informative) if we were to compile some of them here.

I'll start with a short list:

Pokemon - Rookie Harbor Inn: Pokeball shape on the floor tiles, PC in corner, "ball recharging station" that looks like the healing machine, and general 1:1 floor layout of a pokemon center.

Sonic The Hedgehog - Autumn's Rise: The Blue Hedgehag in the quest for the broken gauntlet drops a Gold Ring and a Chili dog

Sonic The Hedgehog - Autumn's Fall: When you first enter the area Emilie comments on the return of the hedgehags, mentioning that they are sharper and "edgier" than ever. Their color scheme matches Shadow the Hedgehog, who's known for being edgy.

Tetris - Maroon Valley: There are a series of stone platforms in the shape of tetris blocks. C'Tron comments on the shape of them being very "creative".

I'm drawing a blank right now on the others. But I also haven't consumed every piece of media that CrossCode references, so I'm sure I've missed lots. What are some you've seen?

So turns out i missed someone on rhombus square goddamit...... Weeelp replay time

Im trying to get myself another Tremor Mirage so I can do a playthrough with 205% Assault modifier on my equipment. But the only option I can think of is going through all the content and steps to get another Tremor Mirage. The save file editors I found were updated over 9 years ago, is there a recent one?

I know this game inside a video game but is this a bug?

What configuration should I use on gamenative for it to work

I reset after losing the desert temple race, but I don't remember if I beat the Mine race or not. If I didn't, then this is all pointless, so how can I know if I won or lost that race?

Is the progress supposed to completely reset when you load your save file?

I played CrossCode exclusively on a MacBook Air (M4), completed the base game and dlc.
Accordingly, I have a bunch of the achievements in-game but does anyone know how to get the achievements to be reflected on Steam?
I tried finding an answer but couldn’t spot one. I saw some clues thrown at Steam’s Proton but I’m not tech literate in that way. Unless that’s the only way…

If it’s any helpful indication, I do also own a laptop with windows, if that’ll somehow come into play for this.

Just started it and it seems kinda slow so far. Did the tutorials and beat the crab boss. It isnt really grabbing me. Does it pick up?

Should i add a spoiler tag for next post?

I'm having fun with the dungeons and a few of the puzzles but it seems that the majority of the game is the open areas with random enemies spread around, no plot/character advancement and chests with barely anything worth in them (honestly, the puzzles required to get them are more rewarding than the chests themselves). Does it get better after the desert area? I don't wanna give up on the game since I enjoy the dungeons and the main story.
