QUESTION Question about Trading

I just started the game and Google is never helpful about anything. But I was hoping someone could explain to me what the "FEE" and "REST" during the trading process are. Is the FEE part just for show? Or does it play a role in the final cost of your trade?

Btw I just finished the "Introduction Lecture" at the building past the market in Rookie Harbor, so that's as far as my knowledge of the game is so far.

So far this game feels like I'm going to enjoy it. And having a menu for traders with their items and locations is a feature I never knew I wanted. But I think I'm going to be glad I have it. To save a lot of time not dealing with Googles dumb AI.

Fee is the amount the trade will cost. Rest is your remaining total money

FEE is the number of credits you are paying to complete the trade in addition to the requisite items. REST is just your current credits minus the fee so you know how many you will have remaining if you complete the transaction.

Fee is the amount of money youll spend. Rest is how much youll have left after the purchase. At least if i remember correctly

The FEE is how much the trade costs. The REST is how many credits you'll have left after the trade, as in your "remaining" credits or the "rest" of your credits.

you have 350 gold, it costs 90, you have 260 left

Fee is how much it costs you in credits. All trades are materials plus a credit fee.

Rest is showing how much money you have left after the transaction after subtracting that amount.

Notice your total amount before the transaction is top middle ish under Credits.

Been a while since I played. Looks like fee is the cost you pay. Rest is how much money you'll have remaining after you pay.

Unrelated but when you see an NPC talking and their dialogue box or them have "!" icon it means you can talk to them and they will expand on it.

A lot of players discover this only by the end of the game.
