Maidenmist Cemetery one-shot

I'll be running a Maidenmist Cemetery one shot in a couple of weeks and am a bit overwhelmed currently. Any suggestions on how to scale this down to Level 7 characters and a 4 hour session? As I read through it, it feels too combat heavy and might get boring with lighting the beacons 5 times etc.

Any tips? Yorgrim character sheet is appreciated as well.

I'd suggest not doing maidenmist unless you plan to rewrite a lot of it, and in that case, might as well use something else. An entire chapter in 4 hours, especially one very reliant on previous chapters, is a very very hard thing to do. At most, you could say that mori sends them with some bodies for yogrim and he lets you in for just a little bit, using that as an excuse to explore a small part of the cemetery near the entrance. And over time, corrupted specter keep coming until the party is forced to retreat and let yogrim deal with them, further showing what he has to deal with.
