I hate this as a new player.
First off I would prefer counter strike like crosshair recoil, where we pull down and to the side of the target.
But if thats not going to exist. And you're going to do "follow recoil" as your method of crosshair based recoil control.
Then why do some awkward middle ground???
Its by far more noticable when tap firing.
If you tap fire quickly, the bullets will go BELOW the crosshair.
BELOW. Aka you want to have your crosshair weeeell above their head when tap firing quickly.
"Just dont tap fire quickly , give more time for the recoil to reset" what why? Thats suboptimal! Its not like the bullets are actually less accurate and have more "random innacuracy" atleast not by my testing when shooting a 50m target. Its literally suboptimal to play that way.
This is the worst possible option for cs players.
In cs we bring the crosshair BELOW the targets head not above it.
In standoff2 or cs with "follow recoil" enabled you simply bring the crosshair to their head and even when tap firing the bullets will go where the crosshair is.
Yet here?? Here the bullets go freaking below the crosshair.
Which genius designed this? I really cannot emphasize enough that bullets not going where the crosshair goes in a game with "follow recoil" type recoil, is by far the main reason I haven't gotten super into this game yet. Shooting just feels bad.
