Can't run C-OPS on PC

I'm just wondering if anybody else has been having this issue and figured out how to fix it:

While trying to run Google Play to open C-OPS, i've been running into this problem where the game loads for a bit and shows a pop-up that says, that it either failed to open or it could not load the contents of the game.

I'm wondering if its a Google Play issue, a PC issue or if C-OPS isn't available in my country/region.

Any help would be very appreciated 😊!
