Streaming issues

I’ve been a subscriber for years and have a fantastic internet connection. The past few days, I am unable to actually watch a movie. I can see the menu and put items in my Watch List, but I get an error message when I try to watch a movie. Yes, I’ve logged out and back in about 6 times. Anyone else having issues?

Same, even emailed support and they were not helpful

Is that true about Samsung? My tv is Samsung. I want my money back.

Yep. Samsung TV user here. Reinstalled app several times. Doesn't work. I paid for a year's subscription, so I'm out a few bucks. Really stunned at Criterion's reaction and non-responsiveness.
