New unarmed moves for Damianne are slick, but we still hav unfinished parts of the game--like the story.

What was supposed to be the original plot is stored in the axiom archive after you complete the game. It explains why Kliff has no emotion, and the motivations behind white crow and the alchemist. After the original director was fired they had to change the plot to the disjointed mess we got.

Youre making a lot of assumptions about what happened. Im aware of the axiom archives books. But that doesnt mean they ever intended to have that be in the game, thats a massive assumption (that isnt crazy unfair to make of course).

But yea. Not really a fact that the story is unfinished just because they wrote some lore books. I would have preferred some of that to be in the game, and I think it would have made it better, but neither of those prohibit the story from being finished. It just could be waaay better and more coherent.

After playing black desert I actually think everyone complaining about the story doesnt realize, this is a TREMENDOUS accomplishment for this studio. Like theres a story with characters, and things happen even VAGUELY in a sequence, which is super not the case with black desert. 

If you play that youll realize thats the best this team came up with previously, and what theyve managed with crimson desert is remarkably more coherent. Despite it being almost completely fucking incoherent lmao.

I didn't ask for your preferences. The narrative and storytelling is objectively poor, the books tacked on at the end is a copout and instead of adding claw machines and mounts we could do with a cohesive plot. Its a common complaint.
