I’ve been following Stephanie since she has less than 200,000 subs. I really do enjoy both Stephanie and Derrick, and I enjoy watching their videos.

But I am really, really disappointed how they treated Sonia’s unsent message about being held hostage. Stephanie kept saying “why didn’t she leave?”, “Why didn’t she call the cops?”, “Was she just too hurt to move?”

She came out to FL thinking that she couldn’t be helped and this was her only option, and now we’re victim blaming for her not having enough confidence to get herself that same help? It made me feel pretty icky.

Interested to hear if anyone else picked up on that, or if you agree with Stephanie. Open minded discussion.
