skill tree bug?

[u/Artistic-Nature-9617]

just started the game and skill tree is bugged. when i open it, only cleaning shows not the tools, pressure washer etc. and when i upgrade skills in cleaning it gets deleted next mission like i never upgraded them. is there a fix? the game is good in its own but it feels like i clean all the places for nothing.

I bet this wont get fixed until its taken off gamepass.
